I am JP Forrest.

Through poetry I seek to pay attention.

My work is rooted in quiet moments, & the beauty often hidden within ordinary days.

I am drawn to the places where wonder, stillness & mystery meet.

I write in search of the sacred hidden within ordinary lives. These works are an invitation to pause, to notice, & to remember the love that is often overlooked.
